ABOUT
DAN O' REDCORN, (The O is for Oxy)
My name's Dan, but you can call me anytime ;)

I'm a total scumbag, and I remind myself every day.

I'm also a mercenary for hire, leader of the current A-Team, leader of the Scene Busters, and the last disciple of Scott Ryan.

JK FAT AND UNATTRACTIVE FOR LIFE, HITTIN' UP THE LONE-WOLF STATUS

Ok enough with the bullcrap, this is my blog thing.

I am a nerd. I enjoy movies, good music, video games, retro shit, and comic books. I am an award winning artist and study cartooning at SVA in NYC. One day I wish to be a comic book artist. If that shit doesn't work out, I wanna get on Jackass.

I apologize for whatever you may read haha.

Also, don't die laughing (at me) I can get sued.

Fuck this, I'm tired.

I picked up Justice League Issue 1.  I wanted to hate it.  I couldn’t.  The art is great; the dialogue clever and the story true to legacy. More important my girlfriend who read it was worried about not knowing the back story.  When I said ‘you don’t need to because it’s issue one’ she jumped right in.  DC Comics … I think I owe you an apology.

I was the same way. I was blown away by the visuals and the dialogue between Green Lantern and Batman. Normally I am more of a Marvel reader, so I never bothered to attempt to enter the vast world of DC with so much shit going on at once. Needless to say, I jumped at the New 52 idea, and was very pleased with the results.
